Our Master Chef, Ray Huy Hoang, offers over 15 years of experience and has worked as head chef at well-known venues including: Hapa Sushi, John Holly’s Asian Bistro, Volcano Asian Cusine, Okinawa Sushi, Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar and Taigun Japanese French Cuisine. He has lived in Denver for more than 30 years. With invaluable experience working in numerous sushi restaurants and his dream of opening his own, Ray has taken the top recipes he has learned, added his personal flair and reinvented them to make the very best sushi concoctions at Sushi Mango.
